Rep DeLoach decided early on to follow in his father's footsteps and now shares the same level of enthusiasm and commitment toward the practice of law and service to clients. He attended undergraduate school and law school at Mercer University, Macon, Georgia, graduating in 1999. He was admitted to The Florida Bar that same year. After several years of experience and additional months of extensive study and specialized testing, he achieved the distinction of becoming Board Certified by The Florida Bar in the field of Elder Law.

He says he chose to practice Elder Law because he enjoys working with seniors and has a way of doing business that mature adults appreciate. Having known and watched his dad, it was easy for Rep DeLoach to embrace the same fundamental principles of honesty and integrity in his practice with clients.

Professionally, he is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Florida Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Clearwater Bar Association and St. Petersburg Bar Association, the Pinellas County Estate Planning Council. As mentioned, he is a Board Certified Elder Law Attorney.
