In the 33 years since our founding, we have grown to employ five talented attorneys along with 21 experienced staff members. We constantly work to stay up to date on new trends and changes in the law.

Experienced Attorneys
Our attorneys bring a high level of experience and skills to each client. Founder Dennis DeLoach is the longest-practicing full-time attorney in Seminole. Peter Hofstra has over 30 years of experience and has represented thousands of clients in real estate matters. Paul Cavonis is an accomplished trial lawyer. D. "Rep" DeLoach III is Board Certified in Elder Law*. And Colin Colgan is an aggressive litigator, a former Marine and CPA with many impressive academic and professional accomplishments.

In addition, we are early risers. Our offices are usually open shortly after 6:00 o’clock in the morning. That way, our clients can see us before they go to work.
