Attorney Profiles

Rep DeLoach decided early on to follow in his father's footsteps and now shares the same level of enthusiasm and commitment toward the practice of law and service to clients. He attended undergraduate school and law school at Mercer University, Macon, Georgia, graduating in 1999. He was admitted to The Florida Bar that same year. After several years of experience and additional months of extensive study and specialized testing, he achieved the distinction of becoming Board Certified by The Florida Bar in the field of Elder Law.

He says he chose to practice Elder Law because he enjoys working with seniors and has a way of doing business that mature adults appreciate. I try not to complicate things, just keep it simple, easy to understand. Straight and to the point. Having known and watched his dad, it was easy for Rep DeLoach to embrace the same fundamental principles of honesty and integrity in his practice with clients.

Rep DeLoach currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Seminole Chamber of Commerce and the Planned Gift Giving Committee for the SPCA of Pinellas County. In addition, he is a member of the Dali Museum's Zodiac Group - a select group of young professionals who support the museum through membership and social and educational activities. He is a graduate of Leadership Pinellas.

Professionally, he is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Florida Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Clearwater Bar Association and St. Petersburg Bar Association, the Pinellas County Estate Planning Council and the Pinellas Guardianship Association. As mentioned, he is a Board Certified Elder Law Attorney.
